Explore the buzzing world of our native bees, in this exclusive workshop for AM Members' kids. Learn how to build easy bee habitats for a balcony, backyard or windowsill. Environmental educator and author, Judy Friedlander, leads this exciting craft-ernoon where kids learn all about our local pollinators and the essential role they play in our ecosystem. Including a reading from her book, The Bee Squad: Boosting Biodiversity in Your Neighbourhood, Dr Friedlander shares the importance of these amazing creatures and walks kids through how to make a difference at home.

Afterwards, take home your very own hand-made mini bee habitat, along with a printed guide to help you design a nature-friendly garden haven.
